Customer Portal

Customers manage profile, billing, subscriptions, invoices, licenses, downloads, support, notifications, sessions, and API keys.

Purpose

Enable complete customer self-service without database or configuration access.

Step-by-step

  1. Register and verify access.
  2. Review subscription and invoices.
  3. Activate or transfer licenses.
  4. Download entitled releases.
  5. Manage sessions and scoped API keys.
  6. Open support requests when needed.
